How do I return an item?




Runway Pilot offers Free Shipping on all U.S. orders---BOTH WAYS. 

Yep, it is free in the U.S so order all you want and we will pay for the shipping.  If for any reason you don't like the order we will pay to ship it back for a full refund.  We want you to be happy and we stand behind everything we sell.

Canada Orders are $10.95 for all orders no matter how much you buy.  Most Canada orders are shipped either regular mail or Global Priority and should arrive within 10-12 business days. 

International Orders to Europe, Australia, and Asia are $15.95 per order no matter how much you buy.  Most international orders are shipped global priority mail and should arrive in 7-15 business days.   Customer agrees they are responsible for any VAT or import tarriffs.

If an item is on back order we will contact you to talk about how you want us to proceed.

We ship most orders USPS Priority mail with no signature so please make sure that it is safe where we are shipping


Refund/Return Policy: 


IF for any reason you would like to return your item please email info@runwaypilot.com within 7 days and we will help you return or exchange an item.

 

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • -must not be a special order or a custom order
  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description.
